Bookings & Deposits

A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and production slot. The remaining balance is due one week before delivery. Production does not commence until the deposit is received.

Pricing & GST

All pricing shown is indicative only and is confirmed in a written quote. All prices are inclusive of GST. Final pricing is subject to quantity, delivery requirements, and any custom inclusions.

Payment

We accept bank transfer and card payment. Organisations may request a tax invoice for direct payment. Payment terms are confirmed in your written quote.

Lead Times

Please allow up to three weeks for custom and co-branded orders from deposit payment. Lead times may vary during peak periods. Your confirmed delivery date will be provided in writing with your quote.

Christmas Corporate Orders

Orders for December delivery close mid-November. Production slots are allocated in order of booking. We strongly recommend enquiring early to secure your preferred delivery date.

Co-branded Orders

Co-branded belly bands require a minimum order of 25 boxes. Artwork must be approved by you in writing before production commences. No changes can be made after artwork approval.

Substitutions

In the unlikely event a specific blend is unavailable, Marnka & Co. reserves the right to substitute a blend of equal or greater value. We will notify you before any substitution is made.

Quality & Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or does not match your confirmed quote, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at wholesale@marnkaco.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations after deposit payment are not eligible for a refund of the deposit. Changes to order quantity or delivery details must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and revised pricing.

Delivery

Freight is quoted with your order. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Marnka & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

Force Majeure

Marnka & Co. is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply disruptions, natural events, or carrier failures. We will notify you promptly and work to find a suitable solution.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
