All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.

Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. A customer is entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults or product defects.

“Change of mind” returns are accepted at our discretion and within seven (7) business days of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

As coffee is a natural product, flavour and roast profiles may vary slightly from batch to batch.
